Our client purchased a nice-sized block in Melbourne's leafy south-east, VIC, with plans permits and marketing already in place. The previous marketing campaign was unsuccessful, necessitating a facelift and rebranding.
The Objective
To rebrand the project, new name, new logo, creative and copy highlighting the location, lifestyle and architecture.
The Challenge
As the client paid a slight premium for a property that appeared ‘turn key’ it needed some work within a budget.
The Solution
After some analysis of the project and using some existing material we came to an arrangement that would see our Essentials package with a logo Add-On being ample to get this project to market . This package comes with the right amount of creative material set this project apart from it’s competition while giving agents the tools they need to get deals done.
